Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of a partner company, for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrativo Contable. With direct reporting to the President, the position manages and oversees companies financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure financial performance and accuracy.
  • Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring departmental expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations
  • Assist with external accountants, tax advisors, and legal consultants.
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with other departments regarding billing and financial matters.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting role
  • Strong in organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

📍 Location: Soho, Málaga – 1 block from Alameda Principal

🕒 Working hours: Full Time 2:15 pm-10:15 pm (Málaga time)
