Description
Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of a partner company, for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrativo Contable. With direct reporting to the President, the position manages and oversees companies financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure financial performance and accuracy.
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
- Budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring departmental expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prepare bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with external accountants, tax advisors, and legal consultants.
- Support internal and external audits
- Collaborate with other departments regarding billing and financial matters.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting role
- Strong in organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Office located in Málaga’s Soho district, 1 block from Alameda Principal.

📍 Location: Soho, Málaga – 1 block from Alameda Principal
🕒 Working hours: Full Time 2:15 pm-10:15 pm (Málaga time)
