Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of a partner company, for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager. With direct reporting to the President, the position leads and trains a high-performing international sales team for goals achievement.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment and is looking to lead in a dynamic organization in the home care U.S. market.

About the role

The Sales Manager will:

  • Oversee all sales activity, forecasting, and site performance.
  • Lead and train a multilingual sales team, optimizing sales operations to achieve the company's goals and KPIs best performance.
  • Enhance the Sales funnel and customer journey to increase conversion rate.
  • Be a CRM expert on reporting dashboards, supporting the sales team with troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and system adoption.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance team culture centered on accountability, growth, and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing & Client Success teams to align strategies.

The right candidate for this role will be:

  • 7+ years in sales management or training, preferably with U.S. or international markets
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages is a plus
  • Expert in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Clear communicator, strong motivator, and natural coach
  • Experience in healthcare or the U.S. market is a major advantage
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented

📍 Location: Soho, Málaga – 1 block from Alameda Principal

🕒 Working hours: Full Time 2:15 pm-10:15 pm (Málaga time)
