08:15 AM – 04:15 PM (EST)

Full-time | 39 hrs/week

Salary: Salary + Commission

Reports To: Sales Manager

About the Role

Bunny Home Care is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to drive our inbound and outbound sales efforts. In this role, you will build strong U.S. client relationships and contribute to a fast-growing, multicultural environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls in English and another language
• Build relationships with families & healthcare clients in the U.S.
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Keep CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) up-to-date
• Work with Marketing & Client Success to provide excellent service
• Learn and adapt – you’ll bring value and ideas to a high-growth team

Minimum requirements

• Fluency in English + one more language
• 3+ years in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally in international or multilingual settings
• Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Comfortable with U.S. time zones (shift is 08:15 am to 04:15 pm EST)
• Strong communicator, positive, proactive attitude, highly organized, goal-oriented
• Experience in healthcare or U.S. markets. Big plus!
• Quick to adapt, and always looking to learn and improve.
• Reliable internet connection, professional headset, and suitable device for remote work.
